October 5, 2019. The State of the City conference is a conference held by city council to discuss what is happening and what is in the works for the city. The Saratoga Youth Commission created a set of Kahoot questions that helped to preface all the topics the mayor was going to speak about. After the talk, they had a ribbon cutting ceremony to open the new bocci ball courts and the booth for other community organizations.
