November 29, 2019. The City of Saratoga hosts their annual tree lighting ceremony the day after thanksgiving and it consists of a choir performance by a local elementary school, the lighting of the tree, a horse draw carriage ride, a wine stroll and more. The Saratoga Youth Commission also passes out free hot chocolate to the public.
