October 26, 2019. Every year, the City of Saratoga hosts Witchy Walk, the Saturday before Halloween, an event where kids, teens, and families can dress up and trick or treat across the Saratoga Village and get candy from different stores and organization. Saratoga Youth Commission always takes part in Witchy Walk. We have a table of free tattoos and face paint and we give out candy as well.
